                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
                   ON AN EXISTING CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH
                   N. S. CONSTRUCTION COMPANY RELATIVE TO
                   INSTALLATION OF CONCRETE PAVERS AT THE
                   INTERSECTION OF THIRD STREET AND CHESTNUT
                   STREET, WHICH CHANGE ORDER WILL INCREASE THE
                   CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO THOUSAND, FIVE
                   HUNDRED NINETY-ONE AND 55/100 DOLLARS
                   ($2,591.55) FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF
                   SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX AND
                   55/100 DOLLARS ($7,856.55).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized
       Change Order No. 1 on an existing contractual agreement with N. 
S.
       Construction Company relative to installation of concrete pavers
       at the intersection of Third Street and Chestnut Street, which
       change order will increase the contract in the amount of 
$2,591.55
       for a total contract amount of $7,856.55.
